Six civilians from Senghpra village in Hpakant Township were hurt by Burma Army’s motor shell on on Wednesday, having been treated at the village school.
The injured persons were given first aid treatment by a nurse without medication and they can’t go to hospital, Senghpra villager La Awng told The Kachin Post. He said that a child was injured at the leg, an old women was injured at her arm, two women were hit at her thigh and a woman was hurt at her cheek and a man was injured at her back.
Burma Army based in nearby Namya village shot three motor shells into Senghpra village after skirmished with Kachin Independence Army.
